Swimming Pool Procedures
We have guidelines for the safety of all visitors to the pool, so please take time to read the procedure below before arriving at the pool.
- Swimming hats must be worn and we recommend the use of goggles during lessons.
- Please only arrive 5 minutes before the start of your lesson.
- PLEASE NOTE CHILDREN MUST NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN THE PLAYGROUND WHILE SIBLINGS ARE SWIMMING.
- Spectators must keep the noise to a minimum so not to disturb the lessons.
- Siblings must stay seated on the bench with the parent/carer for the duration of the lesson.
- During the lesson, the teacher will teach from the poolside. Please make sure all your belongings are tidy and away from pool edge.
- At the end of the lesson can the swimmer will leave the pool as quickly and quietly as possible so that next lesson can proceed without interruption.
THERE WILL BE NO PARKING IN THE SCHOOL GROUNDS FOR WEEK DAY LESSONS AS THERE WILL STILL BE CHILDREN ATTENDING AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS.
