Visitor Disclaimer Form Regarding Agreement in Respect of the Use of the Chinnor Community Swimming Pool

1. I accept that the use of the Chinnor Community Swimming Pool by myself or persons under my supervision shall at all times be entirely and solely at my/their own risk and I/we shall take reasonable care and abide by the rules of Chinnor Community Swimming Pool including any instructions given to me by pool supervisors, lifesavers and helpers.
2. I acknowledge and accept that the Chinnor Community Swimming Pool and the pool supervisors, lifesavers and helpers shall, to the extent of the permitted law, have no liability whatsoever for loss, damage, or personal injury of any kind suffered or incurred by me and/or any person under my supervision in respect of or in any way connected with the use of the pool, the changing facilities or the surrounding area.
3. I hereby indemnify the persons referred to in clause 2 above in respect of all liability, claim, cost, expense, charges, loss and/or damage whatsoever arising in respect of or in any way connected with the use of the Chinnor Community Swimming Pool, the changing facilities or the surrounding area by me or any person under my supervision apart from claims for death or bodily injury arising through the negligence of Chinnor Community Swimming Pool or its servants or agents.

This form must be signed by a Parent or Guardian of children (under 18) who intend to use the Chinnor Community Swimming Pool. Visitors over the age of 18 will need to complete a form in their own name.

Please note that the data you supply will be held by Chinnor Community Swimming Pool for 1 year solely for the purposes of administering the pool and will not be released to third parties.
